How do I start doing business with Preferred Specialty?

It is easy to do business with Preferred Specialty we just need the following information from you in order to place you in our system:

  1. We need a completed and signed copy of our broker agreement and you will need to provide us with the name of your company, address, phone number, email and fax number. Broker Agreement Link
  2. We need a copy of the insurance license(s) for each licensed broker in your office as required by your State Insurance department. This includes your Property and Casualty Producer’s License as well as your Broker’s License which is required by the state to place coverage with a Surplus Lines Company.
  3. Contact name for each licensed broker in your office as well as their email address.
  4. Copy of your Errors and Omissions Declarations page showing that E & O coverage is in place with minimum limits of $1 million/$1 million.
  5. Copy of your Taxpayer Identification Number on the attached IRS form W-9.
